Ceci is so sweet! I told her I was very nervous and scared she walked me through the whole process, she talked to me, guided me, and was very sweet and patient. She educated me through it all, explaining every bit, reassuring me every step of the way. When it was all over, she said, “all done,” and I thought—no way. That’s it? Then the front register clerk and I shared a laugh when I realized I handed him the wrong card. Very excited to come back next week and more than happy to. I cannot recommend this office enough.

Dr Parto operated on me for Pericarditis heart condition. I was very concerned of the operation, its complications and its post operation risks, in addition to my age. I must add that I was called urgently to surgery due to colossal sac surrounding the heart. Dr Parto was very skilled and the operation was a success. Post operation, Dr Parto reasured me stressing that key tests demonstrate all is going in right direction. I feared that the condition would redevelope in the future but his ongoing supervision and tests proved to me I am in good hands and he is on the top of things. I NEED AN A CATARACT SURGERY. I TOLL DOCTOR PARTO BUT HE FORGAVE TO SIGN THE AUTHORIZATION. IT WAS VERY DIFFICULT to talk. To somebody and help me with matter. People there is not well train. After 15 day of try to solve my problem. Somebody contact me with miss Edith, she told that Dr Parto will not authorized the jury until I have nucher test. Then for May 23 from this office sent the authorization for the surgery. So I call immediately to you office and they said insisted that I can have the surgery. I DECIDE NOT TO HAVE THE SURGERY UNTIL I have the test. BUT MY QUESTION IS How responsible is the persones that wok there an if I can have trust you. REMBER THAT I going to have anesthesia and the heart is very dilate organ . My y is Francia Arce if you have some question. Thank yow

I encountered a lot of traffic that day, which led to me arriving well past my appointment time. Everyone from the dr to the frontdesk staff were so understanding, and accommodated me with a later appointment that same day. While receiving care, the doctor was very informative and kindly explained every part of the visit.

I was very nervous and worried about finding out if something was wrong with my heart? I have had been feeling a little un-easy and uncomfortable feeling pains in my chest for awhile thinking it was also due to my High blood pressure. But the lovely and very sweet EKG doctor made me feel so comfortable and relaxed! She asked if I would to close my eyes or if I was ok with watching my heart on the monitor? I said yes so she explained everything that she was doing and my high anxiety just went away. She really was amazing

She is always kind and gentle and keeps me informed as to what she is doing, how long everything will take and was very mindful of my modesty. I had an 1130 appointment and I did not meet with the doctor until 1:00 PM. I understand he was busy but the office told me to be there 10 minutes ahead of time so I was there at 11:10 AM and then did not see the doctor until 1 PM. Not a good situation.

A visit to see Dr. Parto is always a treat. The staff, beginning and ending with Nadia who greets me, checks me in, and at the end, makes my next appointment, is always cheerful and friendly. Natalia takes over with the weigh in, then on to testing. She is professional and conducts the testing in short order, so I am dressed and ready to see Dr. Parto. Dr. Parto is always easy to talk with, asks good questions, listens to my questions, and shares his thoughts about my condition or changes in it. We discuss what will be coming up in the way of testing as follow up in the future. I appreciate our doctor- patient relationship so much. I’m glad that he explained to me several years ago that I needed a cardiologist for more than the surgical clearance I had requested.

Was given a cardio stress test on a treadmill at Dr. Parto’s office. It involved a fairly complex hookup from my body to the device that measures the creation of stress on the patient’s heart and measures how the heart handles it. I received most professional treatment and results recorded. Very professional treatment that I strongly recommend to others.
